1. 项目管理:
项目管理,顾名思义,就是专注于管理和将过程、工具、技能和技术的知识应用于项目任务以成功开发项目的管理。

2. 日常管理:
日常管理,顾名思义,就是专注于每天进行的日常活动以增加业务价值和利润的管理。

项目管理和日常管理的区别:

Project Management Day to Day Management
It mainly focuses on management and successful completion of project.   It mainly focuses on management of day-to-day operations.
It is a one time activity i.e., temporary management process. It is a permanent management process i.e., an ongoing process.
Project manager have more responsibilities than product manager. Day to Day manager have less responsibilities than project manager.
Factors affecting project management suppliers, project manager, procurement issues, timing issues, improper risk management, etc. Factors affecting product management includes marketing conditions, economic culture, organizational culture, day to day manager, changing needs, cost and resources, etc.
Process of this management includes starting project, planning, designing, performing, checking and controlling, and then finally terminating project. Process of this management supervision, overseeing and management of day-to-day operations of business or company.
Its benefits include set scope, improves growth, development within team members, increase customer satisfaction, etc. Its benefits include increase profit, increase intrinsic value, reduce risk, improve performance, reduce stress, etc.
Its main objective is to identify what project is supposed to deliver and then working on it to achieve desired result. Its main objectives is to gain sufficient amount of income or savings from its daily operations and increase value of business.
Project management is more difficult than event management. Day to Day management is less difficult than project management.
