Simply use Finder in "column" listing mode menu "View | as Columns".
Selecting the image will show a preview in the right column and give
basic information. In the Information row, click the "Show More"
link to expand the row to show some of the EXIF information. This does
not appear to be the complete set, but does give you "more".
