双倍数据速率版本3(DDR3):
在DDR3中,执行自动刷新和自刷新以刷新其内容。通常,自刷新用于降低功耗,并且DDR3的功耗比DDR2的功耗低。 DDR3的时钟速度在800 MHz至2133 MHz之间变化,其中2133 MHz在某些情况下是其峰值,通常时钟速度在1600至1800 MHz之间变化。
双倍数据速率版本4(DDR4):
在DDR4中,仅执行自刷新以刷新其内容,这就是功耗较低的原因。 DDR4的最小时钟速度为2133 MHz,并且没有定义的最大时钟速度。
