1. Cloudera：
Cloudera由来自Google，Yahoo！，Oracle和Facebook等大数据天才的一些最有才华的人士于2008年成立。它基于开源Apache Hadoop，但已添加了自己的专有软件。它提供免费和付费发行，并具有额外的功能和支持。 Cloudera的长期成就是成为企业数据中心，从而减少/消除了对数据仓库的需求。它支持MapReduce和YARN。自从Hadoop创建以来，它已经存在了最长的时间。 Cloudera Distribution Hadoop(CDH)能够向正在运行的Hadoop集群添加新服务，并且支持多集群管理。
2. MapR：
MapR由MC Srivas的John Schroeder于2009年创立。它是一个数据平台，可以从单个计算机群集访问许多数据源，包括大数据工作负载，例如Apache Hadoop和Apache Spark， Hive和Drill等，并且可以同时进行。它以速度，规模和可靠性执行分析和应用程序。像Cisco，Google Cloud Platform和Amazon EMR这样的大公司都将MapR Hadoop Distribution用于其Hadoop服务。 MapR Hadoop分发(MapRHD)遵循分布式体系结构，用于在处理节点上存储元数据，因为它依赖于不同的文件系统(称为MapR文件系统或简称为MapRFS)，并且没有名称节点体系结构。
