2.上传：
上传的意思是我们将数据从我们的计算机发送到互联网。换句话说，要使 Internet 上的每个人都可以看到文件(例如在 Facebook 上添加图片)，您需要上传它。例如，使用网络摄像头在 Instagram 或 Facebook 上发布照片。
下载和上传的区别：
