Java中的Java .util.BitSet.flip()

flip() 方法有两种变体。本文描述了所有这些如下：

1. flip(int value) ：此方法删除参数中指定的值。

2.flip(int fromnum, int tonum) ：该方法将指定fromnum（含）到指定tonum（不含）的每一位设置为其当前值的补码，即移除fromnum到tonum-1个值。

Parameters : 
fromnum :  start number to begin flipping.
tonum :  last-1 number to end flipping.
Return Value :
