Time#round()是一个 Time 类方法,它通过将亚秒四舍五入到十进制数字中的给定精度来返回一个新的时间对象。
Syntax: Time.round()
Parameter: Time values
Return: a new time object by rounding sub seconds to a given precision in decimal digits.
