numpy字符串操作 | isdecimal()函数

如果元素中只有十进制字符， numpy.core.defchararray.isdecimal(arr)函数对每个元素返回True ，否则返回 false。

Parameters:
arr : array_like of str or unicode.

Returns : [ndarray] Output array of bools.
