Array#rotate() : rotate()是一个 Array 类方法,它通过旋转 self 返回一个新数组,以便 count 处的元素是新数组的第一个元素。
Syntax: Array.rotate()
Parameter: Array
Return: a new array by rotating self so that the element at count is the first element of the new array.
