Cheap way: google drive. Store files there, then right click on index.html file and set sharing permission to "Public on the Web"
Expensive way - prepaid hosting. For example, GoDaddy.com. You buy hosting place for you. Get access to it, then store files there. By default root catalog of hosting already public, so you don't have to change persmission as for google drive.
