Java.lang.Math.floor()返回小于或等于参数且等于最接近的数学整数的双精度值。
笔记：

• 如果参数是Integer ，则结果是Integer 。
• 如果参数是NaN或无穷大或正零或负零，则结果与参数相同。

a : the argument whose floor value is to be determined
Returns : This method returns the double value that is less than or equal
to the argument and is equal to the nearest mathematical integer.
