Use the shortcut :-
Ctrl + = --->To increase font size. 
Ctrl + -   --->To decrease font size. 
OR Go To :-
toolbar | Window | Preferences | 
Set the font size (General → Appearance → Colors and Fonts → Java → Java Editor Text Font) | 
Save the preferences .
