and a free domain. $6/month. Follow linked instructions. 
It's easy until you are coerced into signing up with either MSFT or GOOG
to integrate your email back to your cloud 
space. You can do an end around this,
by just getting SMTP to your local machine. Dont't go down the easiest
path and you'll save money.
