Luckily you can set Run as administrator option from the shortcut in this case.

Right-click the shortcut in your task bar
Right-click the program's name (say Command prompt for instance)
Click on Properties
Click the Shortcut tab
Click the Advanced... button
Check the Run as administrator check box
Click the OK button
Click the previous OK button
