珀尔 |十六进制函数

Perl 中的 hex函数将给定的十六进制数（以 16 为底）转换为其等效的十进制数（以 10 为底）。

Syntax: hex number

Parameters:
number: hexadecimal number to be converted

Returns: equivalent decimal number of the given hexadecimal number.
