Settings> Region & Language> Click on "+" to add a new keyboard layout> 
click on Other at bottom of "Add an input source">
Select the keyboard> Add> 
Finally, You should now see that your selected keyboard layout.
#Note: For faster switching between keyboards, you can use WIN+SPACE
