==How to create a shortcut==
1. In Word, go to File->Options->Customize Ribbon->Customize Keyboard Shortcuts
2. Choose “All commands”, scroll down to PasteDestinationFormatting
3. Set your preferred keyboard shortcut (e.g. Ctrl-Alt-V).
