DRDO

DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation) is the research and development wing of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. It was established in 1958 with the primary objective of enhancing the self-reliance in the field of defence technology.

Mission

The mission of DRDO is to provide technological solutions to the Indian Armed Forces and to make India self-sufficient in the field of defence technology. DRDO also collaborates with various educational institutions and research organizations for the development of cutting-edge technologies.

Achievements
