1. DDR:
DDR代表Double Data Rate(双倍数据速率) 。它用于计算机和笔记本电脑,并且可以在每个时钟周期将双倍的数据块传输到内存中,这就是为什么将其称为双倍数据速率。自从DDR RAM推出以来,已经进行了许多升级,分别称为DDR2,DDR3,DDR4。 DDR RAM的所有新版本均与早期或更高版本的RAM不兼容。这意味着DDR2,DDR3,DDR4内存模块将不兼容,也不适合主板上DDR或DDR1插槽中的任何插槽。
2. DDR2:
DDR2代表Double Data Rate版本2,它是DDR存储器的第二个版本。开发此版本的RAM是为了实现块传输的高数据速率。它是DDR的后继产品,其主要变化被应用于RAM芯片和预取缓冲器之间的工作频率,并且两个参数的数量都增加了。预取缓冲区是驻留在DDR2的RAM芯片中的4位内存捕获。
