1. DDR :
DDR 代表双倍数据速率。它用于计算机和笔记本电脑,每个时钟周期可以将双倍数据块传输到内存,这就是为什么它被称为双倍数据速率。 DDR RAM自推出以来,进行了多次升级,称为DDR2、DDR3、DDR4。所有新版本的 DDR RAM 都与较早或较新的 RAM 不兼容。这意味着 DDR2、DDR3、DDR4 内存模块将不兼容或无法安装在主板的 DDR 或 DDR1 插槽中的任何插槽中。
2. DDR2 :
DDR2 代表双倍数据速率版本 2它是 DDR 内存的第二个版本。开发此版本的 RAM 是为了实现块传输的高数据速率。它是DDR的后继者,主要变化应用于RAM芯片和预取缓冲区之间的工作频率,并且两个参数的数量都增加了。预取缓冲区是驻留在 DDR2 的 RAM 芯片中的 4 位内存捕获。
