CAD软件的示例包括AutoCAD,Autodesk Inventor,CATIA,Solid Works等。

2.计算机辅助制造(CAM):
计算机辅助制造(CAM)是使用计算机软件来控制模块制造中的机床。 CAM将工程设计转变为最终产品。 CAM与传统制造不同,因为CAM在制造过程中实现了自动化。计算机辅助制造也称为计算机辅助建模或加工。 CAM的目的是使用3D模型设计加工过程。因此,在简单中我们可以说CAM将几何转换为机床。因此,没有计算机辅助设计(CAD),计算机辅助制造(CAM)就没有意义。受过训练的机械师通常使用计算机辅助制造(CAM)软件。

CAM软件的示例包括Work NC,Siemens NX,Power MILL,SolidCAM等。

06. So in Simple we can say CAD represents your part geometry to the computer. So in Simple we can say CAM converts the geometry to machine tool.
07. For Computer Aided Design process only a computer and CAD software are required for a technician to create a design. For Computer Aided Manufacturing computer and often a CAM software package along with that for manufacturing process requires a CAM machine.
08. Computer Aided Design (CAD) software is mostly used by an engineer. Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software is mostly used by a trained machinist.
