顾名思义，项目工程师仅仅是一个专业或管理工程和技术项目并直接控制项目所涉及的人力资源的人员或工程师。
2.土木工程师：
顾名思义，土木工程师仅仅是负责监督桥梁，道路，建筑物等公共工程建设并负责环境设计，建造和维护的个人或员工。
项目工程师和土木工程师之间的区别：
