顾名思义，项目工程师只是一个专业的人或工程师，负责管理工程和技术项目，并直接控制参与项目的人力资源。
2. 土木工程师：
土木工程师，顾名思义，就是负责监督桥梁、道路、建筑物等公共工程的建设并处理环境的设计、施工和维护的人或雇员。
项目工程师和土木工程师的区别：
