计算机系统对数字信号进行计算,但用户向计算机系统发送模拟信号。接口单元主要用于计算机系统中信号的转换,使环境与计算机系统之间建立相互的沟通和理解。接口单元有两种类型:

1.输入接口单元:
输入接口单元是计算机系统中用来将模拟信号转换为数字信号的一种接口单元。它基本上将用户信号转换为计算机系统使用的信号。

2. 输出接口单元:
输出接口单元也是计算机系统中用来将数字信号转换为模拟信号的一种接口单元。它将计算机系统使用的计算信号转换为用户信号。

输入输出接口单元的区别:

INPUT INTERFACE UNIT OUTPUT INTERFACE UNIT
It is used for conversion of analog signals into digital signals. It is used for conversion of digital signals into analog signals.
It takes input from input conditioning unit. It takes input from the system after computation.
It gives output to the system for computation. It gives output to the output conditioning unit.
In some systems, it is directly associated with sensor. In some systems, it is directly associated with actuators.
Input here is analog signals. Input here is digital signals.
Output here is digital signals. Output here is analog signals.
It is a mediator between user and system so that system can understand user signals. It is a also mediator between user and system that helps user to understand system signals.
