敏捷和看板的区别

1.敏捷：
敏捷软件开发是一种较新的软件开发方法。它基于整个 SDLC(软件开发生命周期)中的持续迭代开发方法，以便根据即时反馈/要求进行持续更改，最终产生良好而有效的软件产品，使客户/客户更加满意。它不同于经典的瀑布模型或顺序开发方法。在这种开发模式中，开发者方和客户方等双方都参与了整个过程，因此也称为横截面开发。

2.看板：
Scrum 和看板是两种敏捷项目管理方法，其中看板是运行敏捷开发的众所周知的系统。看板就像一个视觉信号，它使其他人更容易注意到工作，从而使他们保持一致。因此，它只是与称为看板的板进行比较。该看板显示任务工作流，以便优化不同团队之间的任务流程。它允许团队成员在每个开发阶段查看每个工作的状态。
