from windows taskbar,
search: run
The "run App" will pop up then:
type: cmd
there after,
Type:  diskpart
next,
Type:  list disk
You must know the size of the disk you want to remove write protect, 
Type:  select disk + number 
lastly type,
Type:  attributes disk clear readonly.
then wait for succesfully completed message.
