matplotlib 库的 axes 模块中的Axes.can_pan()函数用于检查轴是否支持任何平移/缩放按钮功能。
Syntax: Axes.can_pan(self)
Parameters: This method does not accept any parameters.
Return value: This method returns boolean value True if supports any pan/zoom button functionality.
