1) install OBS studio
2) open OBS studio
3) on the bottom right hand corner click on settings
4) the click output on the top left
5) now check the settings on the recording section
6) select a place to store the videos to make, choose high quality, choose mp4 format, choose QSV
7) click on the plus symbol in Sources
8) select window capture, the select the window to record
9) if you are using headphones you need to add an audio input capture and adjust to the input for the microphone
10) on the bottom right hand corner hit record
11) to stop recording hit stop recording and the file will be saved
