Decimal#logical_xor() ：logical_xor()是一个 Decimal 类方法，它返回两个 Decimal 值的数字异或。

Syntax: Decimal.logical_xor()

Parameter: Decimal values

Return: the digit-wise and of the two (logical) Decimal values.
