1.企业资源计划(ERP)：
ERP代表企业资源计划。许多企业每天都在开放，商业环境发展得如此之快。因此，在当前的市场策略中，通过提供客户满意度和组织的适当功能以在当前竞争激烈的商业环境中保持最佳状态，使自己参与业务竞争非常重要。
因此，主要是为了管理诸如会计，库存，人力资源，供应链之类的业务活动，开发了企业资源计划(ERP)软件。企业资源计划的主要座右铭是管理业务并提高业务流程的效率。 ERP旨在减少开销，削减成本并提高业务可视性。
2.供应链管理(SCM)：
SCM代表供应链管理。供应链是指由个人，组织，资源，活动和技术组成的互联网络，所有这些都涉及从制造到提供产品或服务的过程。供应链管理是指从原材料供应到最终产品交付的所有流程，商品和服务的流程管理。
供应链管理是对供应链活动的积极管理，其中包括所需的集成计划和流程执行，以优化功能中的物料，信息和资金流。它是组织间的系统，它使公司可以有效地处理商品或服务的整个生产流程。
