2.选择:
选是指筛选申请人并选择适合该职位的最佳申请人的过程。它试图拒绝不合适的候选人,并挑选合适的候选人。因此,它被认为是消极的过程/方法。甄选的主要目的是为职务选择最合适的人选。它遵循招聘手段,这是最终过程,因此在选择之后进行。
