Since the Bullet/Number List buttons' standards can't be changed,
it is easiest to just add a new "(text) style" with a high priority, so it
shows on your recommended tab in the start menu.
Just select a list whose format you want to have as a standard and create a
new style with it / overwrite an already existing list style.
