传统项目：传统项目定义为按顺序设计用于软件开发并在组织内实施的项目。在传统的项目中，项目经理和客户经理总是不同的。传统项目基于现有的项目管理模型或流程。在传统的项目管理中，组织结构是永久性的，并且在稳定的工作环境中执行。传统项目遵循预定义的软件开发周期，涉及的风险较小。
