Node.js Stream writable.writable 属性

writable.writable 属性是 Stream 模块的内置应用程序编程接口，用于检查 writable.write() 方法是否可以安全调用。

返回值：如果调用 writable.write() 方法是安全的，则返回 true，否则返回 false。
