敏捷和看板之间的区别

1.敏捷：
敏捷软件开发是一种较新的软件开发方法。它基于整个SDLC(软件开发生命周期)中的连续迭代开发方法，因此可以根据即时反馈/要求进行连续更改，最后生成质量良好且有效的软件产品，使客户/客户更加满意。它不同于经典的瀑布模型或顺序开发方法。在此开发模型中，开发人员和客户双方都参与了整个过程，因此也称为横截面开发。

2.看板：
Scrum和看板是两种敏捷项目管理方法，其中看板是运行敏捷开发的非常著名的系统。看板就像一个视觉信号，使其他人对作品更加引人注目，从而使他们与他人保持一致。因此，仅将其与称为看板板的板进行比较。该面板显示任务工作流程，因此可以优化不同团队之间的任务流程。它使团队成员可以查看每个开发阶段中每个工作的状态。
