ERP和SCM的区别

1. 企业资源计划(ERP)：
ERP 代表企业资源计划。许多企业日益开放，商业环境发展得越来越快。因此，在当前的市场战略中，重要的是通过提供客户满意度和组织的正常运作以在当前竞争激烈的商业环境中发挥最佳作用来参与商业竞赛。

所以主要是为了管理会计、库存、人力资源、供应链等业务活动，开发了企业资源计划(ERP)软件。企业资源计划的主要座右铭是管理业务和提高业务流程的效率。 ERP 旨在减少管理费用、削减成本并提高业务的可见性。

2. 供应链管理(SCM)：
SCM 代表供应链管理。供应链是指个人、组织、资源、活动和技术的连接网络，所有这些都涉及从制造到产品或服务供应的过程。供应链管理是指对从原材料供应到最终产品交付的所有流程、商品和服务的流程的管理。

供应链管理是对供应链活动的主动管理，包括所需的集成规划和流程执行，以优化功能中的材料、信息和资金流。它是一种组织间系统，使公司能够有效地处理商品或服务的整个生产流程。
