H.323和SIP的区别

H.323：
H.323 是通过 Internet 进行实时音频和视频会议的标准。 H.323 还规定了终端系统如何通过电路交换电话网络连接到 Internet。

啜 ：
会话发起协议描述了多媒体会话的建立、管理和终止。多媒体会话可以是 Internet 电话呼叫视频会议。
