发展是指一个提供信息的过程,主要有助于了解员工技能的整体成长和提高。所以简单地说,这是一个学习和成长的过程。发展旨在提高知识和技能以应对未来的挑战。这就是为什么它是长期/长期关注的,它贯穿一个人的一生。主要是主动性的结果,是自我采取的,是自我激励的结果。
