PERT和CPM之间的区别

PERT是一种合适的技术，适用于尚不清楚完成不同活动所需或所需时间的项目。 PERT主要用于项目中不同任务的计划，组织和集成。它提供了项目的蓝图，是一种有效的项目评估技术。

2.关键路径法(CPM)：
CPM是一种用于已经知道完成项目所需时间的项目的技术。它主要用于确定项目可以完成的大概时间。关键路径是项目管理中的最大路径，始终可以提供最短的时间来完成项目

PERT和CPM之间的区别：
