1.销售:

2.营销:
营销是指找到人们/客户的需求并填补他们。它围绕消费者的需求和利益。它是一个更广泛的术语,由许多活动组成,例如首先确定市场,满足客户需求,开发满足客户需求的产品,确定价格然后将产品出售给客户。它把客户视为业务的真正目的。营销旨在将客户需求转化为产品。在营销中,客户满意度是主要动机,并且它更面向外部市场。它基于从里到外的角度。
