JFET(结栅极场效应晶体管):
JFET是场效应晶体管,是三端器件。它的应用范围很广,可用作开关、放大器等。它分为两类:N 沟道 JFET 和 P 沟道 JFET。

MOSFET(金属-氧化物-半导体场效应晶体管):
MOSFET 是场效应晶体管,它是具有源极 (S)、栅极 (G)、漏极 (D) 和体 (B) 端子的四端子器件。它通常分为两种基本配置:耗尽型 MOSFET 和增强型 MOSFET。
